Simon Shipley - Managing Director
Simon set up the Infinite Property brand in 2008 and has owned and managed the business ever since, growing it from a small management company to the large scale portfolio we manage today.
As a landlord himself Simon felt he wasn’t getting the service he had hoped for through other agents and wanted to set a different standard for property management.
Emma Owen - Lettings Director
Emma has worked in the lettings industry since 2010, letting and managing properties across the North of England. She is the front line of the business and enjoys meeting our landlords and tenants face to face and working with all our clients to achieve the best possible outcome on their property.
Darren Owen - Sales Manager
Having spent the last 20 years working for some of the UK largest and longest established estate agents and investment companies, Darren is ideally placed to value your property and discuss the best marketing strategy for your property or project. Working with private vendors and developers, he has experience in selling new builds, off plan properties and traditional housing along the M62 corridor.
Clare Cunliffe - Accounts Manager
Clare set up Infinite alongside Simon in 2008, and co-managed the business until 2019 when she decided to take a sabbatical. Clare is now back with the company and deals with the accounts; processing rents; overseas landlord tax; and assisting landlords with their utility bill during void periods, and their ground rents and service charges.
Gillian Gilmour - Senior Portfolio Manager
Gillian is a highly experience letting agent, with 17 years in the industry working for some of the largest brand names. As a portfolio manager, Gillian’s role is to liaise with the landlords under her management and ensure the performance of their portfolio, in maximising rents and minimising void periods.
Corrie Briers - Maintenance Co-Ordinator
Having spent 4 years working in a similar position for a national retailer, Corrie is ideally placed to handle a properties maintenance issues. She is responsible for liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords to ensure works are carried out as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.
Julie Scatterson - Sales and Lettings Administrator
Julie has a background in Financial Services, having worked with one of the UKs largest banks for 17 years. She is highly customer focussed and enjoys helping our clients solve their property related issues! Julie takes responsibility for booking viewings on our properties, dealing with applicant enquiries, carrying out the referencing of tenants, and liaising with all parties to ensure their moving day goes as smoothly as possible.
Tyler Broadhurst - Lettings Negotiator
Tyler joins us having spent the last few years working in the auction industry. He has experience in listing and marketing, and his main role is carrying out viewings and inspections on our portfolio. Tyler is also qualified to carry out PAT testing, and has an excellent eye for detail.
